3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment must be made in full before order processing.
Accepted payment methods include GCash, bank transfer, and other payment gateways indicated on our website.
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.
Same-day delivery is available for select locations if the order is placed before the cutoff time (usually before 2:00 PM).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The recipientâs contact information must be accurate. We will not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information.
In case the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the item with a representative, receptionist, guard, or neighbor, depending on the situation.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Once an order is processed or delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, traffic, or incorrect delivery details).
6. Returns and Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted once delivered.
If the arrangement arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
Valid complaints may qualify for replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
