Each order is handled with the utmost care, from the moment it leaves our design studio to the moment it arrives at your doorstep or your loved one’s hands.

Delivery Coverage
We proudly offer delivery services within Cagayan de Oro and nearby areas, including selected barangays and municipalities. If your delivery location is outside our standard coverage area, please contact us directly so we can make special arrangements whenever possible.
We strive to accommodate all orders, whether it’s for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, sympathy arrangements, or just because.
Delivery Schedule
To ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time, please take note of our standard delivery schedule:
Monday to Sunday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (depending on flower availability and delivery distance).
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following day.
We recommend placing orders in advance during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and graduation periods to secure your preferred delivery slot and flower selection.
Special Time Requests
If you have a specific time request for delivery (e.g., morning delivery before 10:00 AM or evening delivery after 6:00 PM), please include this in the order notes or contact our customer service. While we cannot always guarantee exact timing due to route scheduling and traffic conditions, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a confirmation message or email to let you know that your flowers have reached their recipient. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our team will contact them (or you) to coordinate an alternative delivery arrangement.
Recipient Unavailability
In case the recipient is not present at the delivery location, our team will:
Contact the recipient or sender to arrange redelivery at a convenient time.
Leave the flowers with a trusted person (such as a family member, security guard, or office receptionist) with the recipient’s consent.
If redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply depending on the distance and time.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on your location. Fees are automatically calculated at checkout or can be confirmed upon ordering. For remote or special locations outside our standard routes, additional charges may apply. We always aim to keep delivery costs fair and transparent.
Flower Substitutions and Seasonal Availability
To ensure timely delivery, substitutions may occasionally be made due to the seasonal availability of certain flowers. We guarantee that any substitutions will maintain the overall look, value, and quality of your chosen arrangement.
